Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your M’RHEN purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are subject to inspection and acceptance at the sole discretion of M’RHEN.

Process

  1. Submit a return request by contacting us at info@mrhen.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.

  3. Following inspection and acceptance, you will receive confirmation by email that your refund or merchandise credit has been issued.

  4. Please allow up to 21 business days from our receipt of your return for processing.

Condition of Returns

  • Items that do not meet the above eligibility criteria may, at our discretion:

    1. Be returned to you at your expense; or

    2. Have a fee deducted from your refund or credit to cover the costs of cleaning, repair, and/or replacement.

Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified (e.g., defective merchandise or shipping error).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; M’RHEN is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, or as a merchandise credit upon request.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to secure another size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original purchase in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards
