This website is owned and operated by FAVOUR NYC LLC dba M'RHEN (“M’RHEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and want you to understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. This Privacy Policy applies to information that identifies or relates to an identifiable person (“Personal Information”) collected online through our website and mobile experiences (collectively, the “Website”), and offline (e.g., events, customer support).

By using the Website, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by it, our Terms of Use, and any other policies posted on the Website. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or provide Personal Information. If you have questions, contact us at info@mrhen.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will appear at this URL with an updated “Last modified” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect Personal Information (e.g., limited access, password protections, encrypted transport where appropriate). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Any transmission is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures or for events beyond our control (e.g., power failures, attacks, third-party service vulnerabilities).

Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising / Sale or Sharing

You can request that we stop using Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing info@mrhen.com with the subject “Opt-Out,” and by adjusting cookie preferences via our site’s Cookie Preferences link (if enabled). You may also use industry tools like NAI or DAA opt-outs (see §9).

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, shipping/billing address).

  • Account & login (username, password).

  • Profile details (e.g., preferences, wishlist).

  • Order & support information (purchase history, communications).

  • Payment details (handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).

  • Promotions/Surveys/Events submissions.

  • Live chat or customer support messages.

Providing certain information may be required to use specific features (e.g., placing orders).

How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell Personal Information for money. We may “share” information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined in certain U.S. laws; you may opt-out (see §2 and §9).

We share Personal Information with:

  • Service providers / processors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., website hosting, e-commerce, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising/retargeting, email/SMS marketing, data storage, customer support).

  • Business transfers: as part of due diligence and/or completion of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.

  • Legal / safety: to comply with law or legal process; to protect M’RHEN, our customers, and the public.

Targeted Advertising & Remarketing

We work with advertising partners who may collect information across sites/apps to serve interest-based ads and measure performance (via third-party cookies, pixels, device IDs). This may constitute “sharing” for targeted advertising under certain state laws.

Opt-Out options:

Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage data to help improve our Website and offerings. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies and, by design, does not log or store full IP addresses. You can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on:  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and our obligations.

Your Choices

  • Cookies/Tracking: Control cookies via your browser settings and our Cookie Preferences tool (if available).

  • Marketing Emails/SMS: Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email or reply STOP to SMS. Transactional messages (e.g., order updates, service announcements) will still be sent as needed.

  • Ads Preferences: Use the tools listed in §6.

  • Do Not Track: Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” (DNT). We do not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no industry standard. You may use the opt-out methods above.

International Users & Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

The Website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents/guardians who believe their child has provided Personal Information may contact info@mrhen.com.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not seek to collect Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., precise geolocation, health, biometrics) from consumers for the purpose of inferring characteristics. If you voluntarily provide any such information, we will use it only as necessary for the service you request or as otherwise permitted by law.

Confidential/Proprietary Submissions

We do not want you to send confidential or proprietary ideas via the Website or email. Submissions are deemed non-confidential and may be used by M’RHEN without compensation, except where prohibited by law. We will not use your name publicly without your permission unless required by law.

Nevada Disclosure

Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell Personal Information (as defined under Nevada law) by emailing info@mrhen.com with “Nevada Do Not Sell” in the subject line.

California Privacy Notice (CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. These include rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing, limit use/disclosure of sensitive PI, and non-discrimination. To exercise, see §2. We provide required disclosures about categories collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures upon request and in our Notice at Collection (e.g., cookie banner). We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information beyond permitted purposes under 11 Cal. Code Regs. §7027.

Assignment

We may assign this Privacy Policy and any rights/obligations hereunder in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
